A Sunday at Lake Tegernsee begins at the Clubhaus Bachmair Weissach with a glass of champagne and the aromas of the Levant. Between gentle lake views, elegant surroundings and Mediterranean fragrances, you’ll experience a brunch that perfectly blends lightness and luxury.

At the Levantine brunch buffet, you can look forward to seafood and oysters, a hummus trio, Burrata Levantina with orange, shakshuka, grilled cauliflower with tahini, fattoush and taboulé, as well as sweet creations such as pistachio cheesecake and a yogurt bar with date caramel, nuts and granola.

Two variations of the Levante Brunch

Choose between two indulgent options – depending on your mood and appetite:

Brunch buffet only – €49 per person
Help yourself freely to the abundant buffet.

Brunch buffet with main course – €69 per person
Enhance your buffet experience with a served main course of your choice – from Tel Aviv oven-baked celery and grilled corn-fed chicken to rib eye steak.

Both options include one hot beverage per person, as well as water, homemade lemonades, and fresh juices.

KIDS WELCOME

We also cater for our younger guests: at the Levante Brunch, children aged 7 to 12 can enjoy all the delicacies on offer for €29, children aged 3 to 6 for €15 – and the little ones under 3 eat for free, of course.

Add-ons for special indulgent moments

Refine your brunch with a glass of Ruinart Champagne, an Espresso Martini, or signature drinks such as Nitzan Citrus and Richard’s Sun Iced Tea. You can also elevate your experience with à la carte highlights like grilled lobster, Caviar Prunier, or Surf & Turf – for a truly exceptional Sunday.

During the brunch, we exclusively serve our Tegernsee Levante Brunch Buffet – à la carte dishes are not available during this time.
